  • Who do we help?

We believe later life should be rich with connection, belonging and joy. By supporting innovative programs and working with community partners, we help create more opportunities for meaningful relationships within and across generations.

  • What do we do?

We help impactful programs grow and create more opportunities for meaningful relationships, belonging and joy in later life by:

    • Finding proven and promising approaches to strengthen social connection.

    • Bringing organizations together to build strong partnerships.

    • Providing practical support and expertise to help programs succeed and grow.

    • Funding programs so they can reach more older adults and communities.

  • Why does our work matter?

Chronic loneliness and social disconnection are growing challenges worldwide, particularly as populations age. Meaningful social connection is essential to human health, well-being, and quality of life. By helping older adults feel connected, valued, included and experiencing moments of joy, we contribute to stronger communities and healthier aging for all.
